Pros

Connecteam's culture runs deep. For me, I'm constantly surrounded by people who are happy, fun to work with, capable and talented, and share the same common goal as I. I'm given freedom to act, develop, and produce results, my voice is always heard, and standards and expectations from me and everyone around me are high, very high, and I love it. There is a mature, eye-level approach here in the offices, regardless of how long you've been around, or your title. In fact, titles don't mean much. For the better. If that's not enough, Connecteam is growing, FAST, tripling in size every year more or less. So growth opportunities are always around, and it's never boring.

Cons

Work-Life balance can be effected sometimes, but that is a lot because management doesn't look at the employee's working hours, for better or worse.

Pros

- Product is extremely impactful and effective for user base, often sells itself - Sales team peers are extremely helpful when needing feedback or advice - AI- and automation-forward in effective ways - Company growth is still trending upwards very quickly

Cons

- Lack of structure in key initiatives; startup vibes are too pervasive for this size of company - Non- EMEA teams seem to have harder lines in the sand to overcome - Above SMB, product gaps because much more apparent
