Great staff, family friendly management team, promote from within, fair pay, benefits and profit sharing
Cons
Small company so often feel overloaded with tasks and not allowed to say no to anything. Every job always seemed to be the #1 priority which meant a lot of overtime without extra compensation. Sometimes felt micromanaged.
