Cons
Start-up of 3 years and small management staff. Still working on some internal process issues and reviewing solutions that may be helpful to the organization and most importantly to our employees. It's a common problem with a lot of companies that are constantly looking for ways to reduce back office duplication that will help improve with efficiencies on the front end.
