Pros
I began my career at Collinson Media and Events and could not be happier with the decision. This company has already given me the opportunity to advance internally after just one year of employment. There are so many opportunities to move up because of the large growth they have experienced over the past couple of years and it should be a trend for years to come. Though the opportunities for advancement are great; my favorite part of working at CME is the people I work with. From my immediate manager, all the way up to the owner of the company, there is a feeling of support, acceptance, and a willingness to help you. You will not have your hand held through every assignment given, but help is just a few feet away if you are unsure of how to accomplish your current objective. My co-workers are the reason I enjoy coming to work and will continue to enjoy it.
Cons
There is a minor lack of direction from time to time with where the company may be going. A very ambitious vision leads to projects or assignments that seem like they were taken on without thinking of consequences.
