Pros
A great family environment! It's great if you like a team-like atmosphere. Owners and managers are very hands on and allow you to come talk to them at any time. Great place to advance and be promoted. Although it's not commission based at all, you are rewarded and promoted for personal results, work ethic, and attitude (and as soon as you start you are being evaluated for a promotion). I and several other people I've come to know were promoted very quickly because of our results. Very laid back company. They allow you room and flexibility to be as creative and innovative as you like as long as you remain professional.
Cons
Young company so there is no corporate ladder to climb. If you don't work hard and have a great attitude you can find yourself stuck at the bottom of the corporate ladder. Not a place for people who are not self motivated or need someone to look over their shoulder.
