The company treats it's employees very well and encourages growth and development. Management is receptive, they listen to any employees concerns and gives plenty of support when needed. Lots of great colleagues. Perks: work-life balance, flexible working and WFH.

Not much really, salaries although decent, are not on the high end of the spectrum. However, the work/life balance and company culture makes up for this.

A relaxed friendly working environment. Committed to career progression.

Only the same challenges which other workplaces face. Communication between teams could improve but we are constantly working on this.
