Pros

Benefits Some friendly managers and sales staff Great Paid Training for sales people

Some unfriendly/immature staff and managers Does not promote based on background, education, and experience, only promotes those within selected cliques, it is VERY high school. High pressure sales environment, if you have any extenuating circumstances that may affect your sales performance for a week or 2, watch out! Branch manager did as he was told and grew the sales office 4 times, however since the HR staff (and CEO) did not want to pay for /hire more support people, the company began to hemorrhage money when product came flooding back with not enough people to answer the phones in customer service, returns, etc. This began a massive stream of layoffs, and it was not nice how they just let go of tons of people who had worked there for years. The branch manager was laid off, for doing his job well. HR staff did not lose 1 person during this time. Even months after this, employees always get the feeling like they could be fired at any second, when they have been working hard and doing everything right. This is unacceptable.
