Pros
Connect America is a great company to work for because of who we service. There is something special about helping the Elderly in my opinion because so often they are victims of circumstance. As an employee of Connect America I appreciate the goodness when a customer calls in and may be confused about something and we can assist them with and put them at ease. Connect America also cares about the employees, always running random contest and keeping the Employees Happy and eager to come to work !

As a member of leadership I would like to be in a higher pay bracket.
