Pros
Some very smart, talented, and passionate teammates. Relaxed and flexible work environment (depending on what role you take). Great place to see many business functions interacting together, transparent and collaborative workplace.
Cons
Disingenuous management depending on who you end up working below. Low pay with laughable benefits. Culture that preaches authenticity and self empowerment with nothing to back it up. I recommend coming here short term for work experience, but not staying very long. Career opportunities can become stunted by leadership. There's a very high turnover rate among talent.
