Bad management and big time abuses of seniority among employees at varying levels of experience. Very little praise for doing well in sales or client retention, only the expectation to do even better next time. Continually moving goalposts and wishy-washy communications between higher ups and employees in the office. Often the superiors are unreachable for days at a time and have been known to ignore calls from employees and turn of their phone completely. Very little room for career growth past the position you are hired to fill. One associate I worked with on the same level was an incredible employee and had been in that role for 17 years!

Friendly work atmosphere, management easy to deal with. Good opportunity for someone willing to work hard

There will be weekends as with most retail jobs. US Cellular can be difficult to deal with.
