      The residence are the only pros to the job

      Cons

      Constant staff reporting staff. Management unwilling to listen, broken equipment will not replace it very toxic environment. Management is there to make money for the owners. They do not care at all about the residents and what they need.

      Pros

      The work is intertaining. I have seen things working at a jail that I know I wont see anywhere else. I've been exposed to alot of mental health patients and drug users.

      Cons

      After awhile, it is hard not to get burnt out on the drug abuse and the lies. I find myself questioning peoples motives and whether they are telling me the truth or not.
