Conjure has one of the most friendly and open atmospheres I’ve ever experienced. There’s no micromanagement — you’re trusted to own your project, and the team is always there to support you when needed. You can work remotely or in the office, but I always enjoyed coming in, chatting with colleagues, and getting to know everyone better. Friday pub trips are simply the best!
