      Pros

      Since our job was to take care of other people's children in a preschool and afterschool setting, we took it very seriously. Every staff member also looked out for each other. Between the teachers, managers, parents and kids, we had a real family.

      Cons

      Money is always tight, so we had to be creative. Sometimes we had to put off getting things we knew the kids needed, but we learned to be resourceful.

      The director is incredible. Such a great place to work!

      Meaningful mission, wonderful community, and many dedicated staff members.

      Cons

      Needs stronger infrastructure, Staff morale, communication, and trust were often strained by management practices and limited capacity of executive leadership.
