      The hourly people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Have not had a raise in 6 years. The health insurance is horrid. No 401k match. Over worked and under appreciated.

      UNION Workers want to change things for the better.

      Cons

      Vp is clueless and has no business being in leadership position. Clique mentality and they do not care about company.
