Pros

The only pro in the company is that it provides a decent work-life balance. Only because there is very less work and therefore flexible work-timings.

Cons

To begin with, I was part of Apttus from 2017 - 2018 and I went into depression because of the time I spent there. It is not a good place for people under 30 (or under 35). It has a stagnant work culture. There is no work in most of the teams and in some teams where there is work, there are product managers which make your life hell with half-baked feature requests. It is a product company (which was a point of attraction earlier) but it is a B2B industry. They have very few clients and their products are extremely client-specific. The products are not general to cater to a large audience or be scalable at the first place. Products are boring and you will find it very tough to understand the product as 80% of people in the company have no clear idea about the company. There have been multiple rounds of firing in the past few months and the management is opaque as a brick wall. The points to be beware of is that they keep hiring a lot. Their offer-to-joining ratio is very less. They do not provide any employee benefits. But they might give a good hike on your current salary to lure you in. My advice to you would be that how much ever you are desperate to get a job, don't accept an offer from Apttus. (esp if you are a tech person). P.S. The company has no CEO as of now. It is being currently run by so-called 'office of the CEO'

Pros

There is no place to go but up. I used to say I worked with a fantastic group of people but the stress and fear is so high, that it has changed people.

Cons

We've had so many changes in leadership but nothing seems to get better. Much less focus on the customer, more focus on the bottom line. . I expect the only growth we will see in the next couple of years will continue to be acquisition driven since our customers are tired of the empty promises and are leaving.
