I would say that the pros were the people I worked with, but the +95% turnover ensured I'd be constantly working with new faces.
Cons
This place has a problem, and it's YOU. They offer absent management, steady high turnover, low pay, low morale, toxic prejudice, and destructive pride. The only reason why there aren't more one star reviews is because people fear retaliation as many of us have seen. A healthy move is to find a better job and stay away from this place. Their turnover is so high that having 1 year of experience is a lot now. It felt like someone was playing a cruel prank on me as I watched everyone else leave before me. Take your knowledge, your time, your dignity, and invest it into a better business. My entire experience at this company was an insult to who I really am. Leaving this company felt like I was being set free. Good riddance to say the least, never again. **Keeping this review intentionally vague as to raise awareness and keep myself from acts of retaliation
