Pros

Salary in line with the market Remote work Relevant product on the market (with a downward trend) Market awareness level through OS (Kafka) Good people in Customer Success and Consulting Top management still seems to have proven values and culture (slipping away in the implementation of the growing company).

Cons

Compensations model is a growing book written by people who constantly have to invent something new to help polish the balance sheet. The corporate structure is characterized by the fact that people in middle management have yes-men among them who create lighthouses, preferably on a quarterly basis, without a sea around them. Pros

Great product, strong leadership, and talented people across the organization. Excellent place to learn enterprise SaaS sales and grow quickly as an SDR. Supportive team culture, good training, and a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to work with large global accounts. Strong compensation and career development opportunities for high performers.

Cons

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
