Pros
Great work-life balance as it fully remote company. Get to work from a different work location for up to 30 days, so you can travel around and explore while getting your work done. A lot less bureaucracy, so can get more done in shorter period of time. Medical insurance is great. For most part, great senior leadership team.
Cons
While lack of bureaucracy is great, lack of process and control maturity can be a blocker to managing risks. Sales still operates like a startup that hasn't gone public which means that there are a lot of attempts to be creative which makes the supporting teams job that much more difficult. There is no 401(k) match, bonuses aren't very good if you are used to working for a more mature tech company. However, it just really depends on what is important to you.
