No vision - Head of Data Confluence Technologies Employee Review

Thank you for your review. Responding directly to the points raised. We have made significant investment within this division with a new platform. Throughout the organisation we have divisional and departmental Vision, Strategy, Initiatives & Measurement overviews (VSIMs) for strategic planning, including within the Market Data function. This has been presented to the organisation on several occasions including the use of a wider VSIM at town hall meetings which occur twice a year.
