Good pay and hours overshadowed by poor communication - Sales Confido Employee Review

- great product: notable brands are our customers, incredible momentum, impressive revenue - startup perks: speed, autonomy, ownership, immediate impact - *actually competitive* pay and equity One of the biggest perks is leadership; there is no red tape and you're trusted to do the job you were hired to do.

Area of opp: infra for scale (documentation, streamlined processes, etc.) - but this is standard in a Series A startup, not to mention a fun challenge. Will be interesting to see how the in-office culture evolves as we scale.

In the current crowded AI space, Confido's product is addressing a real and serious need in CPG market. There is lot of room for growth on the business and technology side. The founders are very supportive and down to earth and team is filled with talented individuals fun to work with. There is a long runway to product growth, see them having a lot of success in years ahead.

Typical startup growing pains, but with the sound heads in leadership pretty sure they will get past this stage as well.
