- great product: notable brands are our customers, incredible momentum, impressive revenue - startup perks: speed, autonomy, ownership, immediate impact - *actually competitive* pay and equity One of the biggest perks is leadership; there is no red tape and you're trusted to do the job you were hired to do.

Area of opp: infra for scale (documentation, streamlined processes, etc.) - but this is standard in a Series A startup, not to mention a fun challenge. Will be interesting to see how the in-office culture evolves as we scale.

Good Pay and good hours

Founder is completely unresponsive, and never paid out my commission. Ghosted me after I quit because I never received my pay
