Salary is not in time Huge amount of salary is deducted even if u r late by 1 min If u don't give sale for even one month they won't release the salary No transperency in the work system You have to go and beg the finance dept. for ur own salary and incentives, each and every time Not a single support from anyone in the company. Even the peon has lots of attitude ( I think more than PM ) U FEEL like banging your head, to get any work done Even to take the clients for the site visits u have to go and fight for the cab Lots of ur bookings will get cancelled due to lack of proper docs of the property, still they will not consider this and torture u to achieve the target And if u don't achieve target ur salary will be cut and delayed. Trust me it's a up pathetic company to work with
