Pros
The founders and management put an emphasis on treating each team member as a human first as opposed to just an employee which really goes a long way in fostering a culture that is welcoming, inclusive, respectful, supportive and collaborative. The team dynamic as a whole is truly one where everyone has fun and works together towards the shared goal of growing and scaling the company - while providing the customers the most optional experience.
Cons
Start up nature does exist with priorities shifting on a regular basis which does take added effort and patience to navigate through at times - But all in the name of progress and creating efficiency.
