Pros

None that spring to mind.

Cons

Too many to mention but I'll try. Bad location, very inaccessible and traffic is horrific at peak times. Some staff were allowed to work from home but others with greater need to weren't allowed to. Parking situation is dire. Twenty minute walk to nearest civilisation. Very unprofessional. In meetings, some people just sit there playing with their phone and not listening. No equality. Knowledge is power rules. Not much willingness to share knowledge. Big blame culture. On my first day the CEO basically told me that if I make a mistake, he's "coming for me" - not great motivation! All of these 1 star ratings would be zero if that was an option.

I was sorry to learn that you felt this way during your time with the company, as we set a high standard for ourselves, and it is regrettable that you did not experience this in your time with the business. We do support flexible and hybrid working for most roles, but different roles require different levels of collaboration and may require more time in the office than others. This is usually addressed at the recruitment stage. We have taken steps to increase the knowledge share throughout the organisation and are already seeing the benefits of this.
