We always aim to enhance the experience for our employees and feedback like this is vital to help us see where we can improve. I was sorry to learn that you felt this way during your time with the company, as we set a high standard for ourselves, and it is regrettable that you did not experience this in your time with the business.
We do support flexible and hybrid working for most roles, but different roles require different levels of collaboration and may require more time in the office than others. This is usually addressed at the recruitment stage. We have taken steps to increase the knowledge share throughout the organisation and are already seeing the benefits of this.
Please accept my apologies on behalf of Conferma Pay. While we don’t feel that your experience reflects the experience of the majority of our employees (as based on other reviews and employee feedback), we do acknowledge that this was your experience and that it fell far short of the standards we aim to achieve.
We unfortunately can’t fix the past, but you have my personal commitment to improve the way we work for the better. We value the fact that you have taken the time to express your opinion, and I would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further.
