-It's the sort of place where "the OT is optional," and "travel is optional," but there's a lot of peer pressure to overwork yourself, with very little benefit beyond just making OT for the time. - Benefits are mediocre. They make it sound great, but you can do much better. - Corporate seems to think that candy on holidays is a substitute for compensation. - Terrible communication, corporate preaches procedures and processes, but in reality, both are a mess. - They feign interest in feedback, but you'll usually be greeted with excuses why things are the way they are instead of improving them. - Lots of bureaucracy, and line-level employees end up getting caught in the crossfire. - If you work in the field, you're guaranteed to have to cover for administrative slips often.
