Pros
Really, it's the good people here that makes all the difference. I've never seen a company of over 60 employees where everyone is so good to each other and are just decent human beings. The creativity, intelligence and client services at Cone is exceptional. The company also truly cares for the quality of life of their employees and strives to create a great work-life balance. The client work is stellar and the majority of the clients are happy with Cone as their agency, which is rare. I am so happy being a part of this "family."
Cons
The pay is a little low for cost of living in Boston, but that seems to be more of a PR industry problem. Though I do hope they cherish their employees and rectify it.
