Pros
Cone was my first agency position after college and I had an amazing, beneficial experience. There is a wide variety of services Cone provides allowing for employees to really gain a diverse and valuable skill set. The professional development and mentoring system Cone has established really allows for employees to hone in on skills they excel at as well as improve in areas important to the agency/field. Whether you are a rookie to the PR/Marketing world or a vetran with years of experience, Cone provides the ability for great professional growth as well as a much needed work/life balance.
Cons
As most would say about any company, the more company outings/happy hours the better! Continue to engage employees with fun, lighthearted activities.
