A fast sinking ship - Account Executive Conduktor Employee Review

The company lacks any sort of real strategy, vision, or plan. In my tenure everything from the price to the products themselves were changed on a monthly basis, and we went through 3 different sales leaders in less than 6 months. New execs would join the company and quit within a couple of weeks. I just heard rom my friend who is still there that the CEO decided the company no longer needs a marketing team and is less than half the size it was a few months ago when I left. They are completely falling apart. This company is a fast sinking ship with dysfunctional founders who lack any time of real leadership. RUN!!
