Pros
When the pandemic started they provided equipment for people to work from home. Most of the staff were friendly. Had a big range of hours you could work. Lots of over time.
Cons
Because we had to change to work from home compared to working on site, the “environment” of team work and feeing appreciation took a nose dive.
