Pros
Easy to advance. I know of one person with longevity at the company and that was for 9 years.
Cons
I observed that once someone was promoted to senior advisor, the majority only last 6 months because management does not back their employees. All of the people I spoke with who left, were denied unemployment. I had one supervisor who would without letting you know buzz into your computer and start listening to a call.
