      Pros

      Quitting, leaving, and never looking back!

      Cons

      The substandard slave wage, the boring long winded training, and yes, the crappy pay! They want to bestowed the prestigious lofty title of 'HR Specialist 2", but with only 16 buck per hour pay! Very cramp poor lit environment. A very dated building with 70's flourescent style lighting. The training was disorganized, discombobulated, and boring! Watching paint dry would be more exciting!

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
