      Contractual Bonus Most co-workers are friendly Local Managements are mostly reasonable Flexible Hours for most teams

      Cons

      Used to have remote working Low increment once inside the company Oversea Managements are out of touch with local branch No job security as whole teams has been retrench previously Can be very stressful for some teams

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
