      Pros

      Opportunity to lead the team if you are good in it. Leave counts. Work ethics. International clients exposure.

      Cons

      Using old technologies. Salary Hike issue, even you working hard. If Client going live then you need to work in nights too. Sometime Macro management. Higher management never take action against any negative feedback or complaint of any senior official. Hr can put you on hold in an initial stage and later they will approach you with less salary offer as compare to initial offer.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
