      Freequent Layoff Managers are cunning, crooked and selfish HR people are deaf for any enquiries and wont respond even to mails. Many HR managers join to conduct layoffs from many buisness units. Management provided big appraisals for those HR conducting laid off.

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
