      Pros

      - Good location(ITPL) - Flexible working hours - Large projects to work as due to lack of resources, most of the projects are outsources to different IT companies.

      Cons

      - Not having growth opportunities. - Lost of legacy and politics. - Onshore dominates and controls the work. - Infrastructure and facilities are not good. - Salary and increment are not good. - Lots of policies are under revision and not matured.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
