      -Salary came in on time twice a month -Work from home

      Cons

      -Sweat shop -No annual benefits review for several years -Annual salary hikes are $1k to $1.5k if that even happens on annual compensations -No work life balance -They expect you to put in 12-14 hrs/ day -Terrible Senior management -Idea of Cost savings is usually letting people go - No career advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
