Cons
No appraisal from last 2 years No growth Salary is not as per market competitive Company's share is increasing but employee salary is not increasing. Not providing any facilities like internet reimbursement for WFH even cutting TA of employees. Health insurance is not of good amount. No chance of On site before pandemic ,Don't know after the pandemic Variable Bonus was added to Salary and give it to employees as increment letter for 2021, What an idea I don't know who brings this ideas. CEO makes so many fake promise, if someone ask questions from any of top leaders regarding appraisal in townhall , they replied we don't know. What the hell is doing with employees No help from Company in pandemic phase. They are providing Thermometer 😂
