Pay is ok, no raises or bonuses.
Cons
Before becoming Conduent (it was Xerox) this job was great. Ask Conduent cares about are numbers and metrics. The client means nothing. They lied and said we would get annual raises, we haven't had one in years. There is no room to advance anymore. Management has no idea what we do. They mandate Saturdays because we can't get any work done during the week with such a small staff. Turnover is over 75% because nobody stays more than a few months anymore.
