Training completely lacks - I have prior CSR experience and cannot believe how horrible the training was. Complete focus on "finding the answers" none of those answers they train you on will actually help you on the phone, their antiquated and counter-intuitive software system and absolutely no focus on customer service or how to deal with back to back calls where people need answers, training does not provide any of those answers. And when you are done with training your "supervisor" seems irritated that you ask a question or need help. My apologies, great leader, that I do not know everything about this position on day #2 and forgive me for interrupting you scrolling thru Instagram. Bonuses and other promises never delivered on. Sharing workspaces during a global pandemic. I regret leaving my prior position to work for these bozos.
