      Pros

      Infrastructure. location Hyderabad office except no pros.0 start from me

      Cons

      Managers dont have ethics, old tech stack, 3 months leave planner you have to give..if no leave mentioned in plan you won't get even in emergency situation. While your are on leave you have to work without any compensation. Non technical manager don't know about tech stack only know how to shout. no Employe HR interaction. No increment even after two years .

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
