      Talented staff and friendly hardworking teams

      Cons

      Low morale. Toxic work environment created by middle management. Management threatens, bullies, belittles and blames employees instead of leading and motivating them. Management has no respect for the employees in spite of the best efforts of the CEO and C-Suite. Employee ratings are tied directly to the financial performance of the company rather than your own or your teams performance. If the company doesn't make it's numbers, it's your problem, not the executives.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
