      Pros

      Office premises is good Good cafeteria and food(paid) Cab service(paid) 24*7 rest room with a DR. In charge Vending machines on each floor Good client communications Nice location/campus No timing issue(till I worked) Many Companies are there you can go for an interview in between.

      Cons

      No prior communication fire/early release (may be a bad phase of organisation) Only one HR. No on-site opportunity Bad appraisal percentage (max of 15%)

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
