Pros

Starting pay is better than other companies. Working from home is nice. Computer and accessories necessary for the job are provided.

Cons

Supervisors help to the best of their ability. But are of no help when you're trying to resolve unique customer situations outside the scenarios we are trained to handle. You are left to resolve the issue on our own somehow. No impute or control over scheduling. You're lucky if you get a schedule that works around your home life. I started with a 9am-5pm schedule, which was perfect for me and part of the reason I chose the job. I was thrown into a 2pm-11pm schedule in a few months time. Not very accomidating for someone with a large family, school aged kids, and other obligations. You basically wake, eat, work, eat, sleep. Forget about enjoying family outings or cooking dinner for your family. Especially if made to work weekends. Perfect if family is not a priority for you. Although you have the option to find someone to trade schedules with, actually finding a coworker to do so is hard. Work culture is weak. You are a hamster in a wheel and nothing more. Metrics driven. Computer software can be extremly glitchy at times and drop calls or not connect to a call. Although you have no control of it, you will be treated as if you intentionally avoided a call.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
