Pros

Like working from home and like the split shift

Not enough time in training, more concerned with helping the customer even if your not sure what to do, not able to communicate via chat with other advisors, supervisors, etc for assistance on calls (they took that away) only through Blackboard - which doesn't help at all. They do not care about their employees - they have no problems letting people go because there are 20 new people starting. There is constantly system issues, very disorganized, supervisors change constantly and there is no consistency between rules and regulations when it comes to upper management. They all do as they want.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
