Pros
People are friendly. Private health insurance - capped, though.
Cons
Flexible working is banned. Nearly no benefits. London office is being shut down permanently. IT helpdesk is in India and the US, which basically means you need to spend hours on the phone to get anything done. And if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Salary is below market average. Company is moving away from technology to focus on BPO processes, which involves a few steps back in innovation and competitivity.
