      Pros

      The company rewards great sales people with incentive bonuses that equally match or are greater than the hourly pay that you receive.

      Cons

      Schedule changes can happen at a moment's notice making it hard to balance work and life situations. Examples being time for lunches cut, extra time added to end of day as your finishing your shift, or additional days being added right as you are about to leave for your day off.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
