Pros
I currently work as an employee here and the scores they grade you on are metrics, if you have great call flow and relate to each and every customer treating them like they are important and human and the most important part of your job (which they are) then you will have great scores and exceed all expectations.
Cons
Lots of people don't want to be accountable and blame "the system" for making them fail when it's their own tone and how they react to the tone of the customer.
