Pros
They hire anyone without drug testing, they give you opportunities to advance quickly
Cons
They refuse to do ANYTHING with American Disabilities Act and once they finally do it takes months. I was not on the phones at all because they wouldn't comply with ADA regulations. Then I was put on leave without pay until they got it but they never did so I was forced to resign. I was without pay for 4 months. I was also sexually harassed and stalked by a coworker and when I complained about it all they did was move my seat.
