      This company exists after splitting off from Xerox Professional Services and is under management that is downsizing in an effort to save money. Presumably they will attempt to sell this business to someone else in the near future. Conduent is making decisions based completely on the bottom line and lacks any care for individual employees. Furthermore, their 1 - 5 year plan is confused and poorly communicated. This was an extremely frustrating place to work after splitting from Xerox in January 2017..

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
