      Pros

      Short travel time to office.

      Cons

      Executive management disconnected from employees and has no idea what some of the divisions even do. Cutting costs with no regard to impacts downstream. No raises even for exceeds rated employees. No advancement opportunities especially for women. Not enough staff to get things done so pressure put on employees to take on more and more work. Losing clients and not renewing contracts for other clients. Does not offer career paths or continuing education. Tenured staff leaving as fast as they can. No money spent on infrastructure. Not a pro employee company.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
